TPV Challenge - Yay Summer!

There's a new challenge posted at The Paper Variety and it's all about summer :) The possibilities are truly endless! Summer vacations, backyard BBQ, July 4th, beaches, swimming.. I could go on and on...

For my project, I created a layout and used the October Afternoon "Campfire" collection :)

My son, Braydon, is type1 diabetic and last year was his very first time at diabetes camp - his first time at any camp, really. It was a long miserable week for me, worrying about him and missing him, crying and writing him letters everyday - but he had the most wonderful time. He had so much fun and also really grew in knowledge about how to take care of his diabetes. I was so proud of him as was my sister (pictured with him). She's also type1 diabetic and went to the same diabetes camp 18 years prior.

I hope you'll join us by creating a summer project and entering it here. If you're chosen the random winner, you win your choice of any available past kit from Inspired to Scrap! Plus a free class! How awesome is that!?

The DT really rocked this challenge with gorgeous projects!! Seriously, I was like.. drooling! This is Team A's last project at TPV as a new design team will soon be chosen. I hope you'll check out their blogs and leave em some love and well wishes. And if you'd like to join the next team, see here for all the details - but hurry, apps are due by Friday night (6/24)!

Thanks for visiting!
Abby
