It's time for another great sketch reveal at Cardabilities!
How fun is this cutie by Karan?! I love this design :)

I used American Crafts "City Park" on this bright and colorful card. Pretty simple, butI think it'd be a wonderful card to send to someone who needs some lifting, cheering up :)

It's a new reveal day at Cardabilities and there's another fun sketch to share!Isn't it a beaut!? Lots of possibilities with this one!

For my card, I used Jillibean's new "Blossom Soup" 6x6 paper pad and sprouts, and I hand-stitched with brown floss. Super cute and girly! lol

Hello! It's been a crazy past week, I've been without internet service for several days and just now am able to get back online. I have so much to share with you so the next couple days I'll have several posts.. but first.. I need to share the new sketch at Cardabilities! :)Isn't the cutest!? Love it! Cardabilities #18!

It's time for another reveal at Cardabilities!
And as always, there's another beautiful sketch to work with!

I won a Kaisercraft "Up Up & Away" paper pad over at
Scrappin-n-Chattin earlier this month, and couldn't wait to
get crafty with it! I'd been ogling over that collection for months!
I also used a bit of Tattered Angels glimmer mist,
I really like how it all turned out :)

amazing job with it, so many different interpretations!

It's a new sketch reveal day at Cardabilities!
Yay!!

This beautiful sketch was a bit intimidating for me at first,
I've never included a banner on a card before. Some scrappers
make it look so easy, and it really is. I just never wanted to
try it for fear of screwing it up somehow. lol

But once I got out my Bo Bunny "Crazy Love" collection,
I knew just what I would do!

I'm usually not a big fan of pink, but Crazy Love was just
too cute to pass up! I just love all the super sweet
patterns and embellies!

Time for another fabulous sketch at Cardabilities!

Check out this beautiful sketch! I don't create very
many scene projects so I was really happy to see
this sketch as our inspiration this week.
A true challenge for me :)

I decided to go with a get well card as I don't
have very many of those. I wanted to make it
Spring-like and colorful to cheer a special friend.
Cosmo Cricket's Togetherness was a perfect
collection to use.

The balloons and gifts were cut out from patterned paper
and I also added strings to all the balloons!
There's quite a bit of dimension on this fun card, too!

I made this sweet Halloween card for my little nephew.
Last year, he was too young to enjoy Halloween..
but this year I think he's going to love it!
I used Cosmo Cricket's "Matilda", rotated the sketch
and moved my strips over to the side.
Those little ghosts are just too adorable!

Several nursing homes in our town are hosting Halloween
events and they invite all the little kids, so my sister
and I will be taking our boys to a few of those parties today.
I'm sure we'll all enjoy that! Then tomorrow is the big day!
I love Halloween just as much as the kids do,
it's going to be a super fun weekend!

Hi scrappy friends!

I'm super excited to share some great news with you! I've been chosen to join the Cardabilities Design Team! Woot!!

I'm sure many of you know Cardabilities is a wonderful card sketch blog, full of super talented cardmakers offering endless inspiration. I could not be more thrilled to be chosen for the new Oct-Mar term!
